This week's Ninja Necklace recipient is Mrs. Brandy Hopkins. Mrs. Hopkins is a fantastic teammate. Her smiling face and positive attitude make the 300 hall a great place to be. She makes everyone feel welcome and puts all of that positive energy into her students. Mrs. Hopkins is not only great at her job, but she goes out of her way to do more than she is asked to do. From her super fun sense of style and her genuine care and love for her students, Mrs. Hopkins makes all of her students feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to be the best that they can be. It's impossible to be around Mrs. Hopkins and not have a smile on your face. Her Monarch Spark is contagious in the best way possible.

Mrs. Key's positive and pleasant demeanor makes her a joy to work with, and she goes the extra mile, evidenced by her proactive approach in creating business cards for parents regarding attendance questions. Her commitment to teamwork and her innovative solutions to implement improvements showcase her dedication to creating a supportive and effective learning environment. Mrs. Key truly embodies the spirit of a Mighty Monarch.

This week's Ninja Necklace recipient is Mrs. Tamara Sweatman. Mrs. Sweatman comes to us from Goose Creek High, bringing her years of experience and knowledge to our school. In her first few months at MMSOA, Mrs. Sweatman has endeared herself to her students with enthusiasm, creativity and fun! She has worked hard to transform her classroom into an engaging space for young writers complete with a wall of leaves, a teepee nook, ambient lighting and multiple points of inspiration. We are pleased to welcome this vibrant addition to our MMSOA community & look forward to the wonderful things we know are in store!
The library's first Craft Corner meeting was a hit! Students made pipe cleaner pumpkins and Q-tip skeleton art. It's always exciting to see students unleash their creativity.

This week's Ninja Necklace recipient is Mrs. Andrea Catangay. Mrs. Catangay is always ready to adopt and adapt to new ideas that come her way. Every project she enters she does so with her heart and soul. Mrs. Catangay is always able to listen to, and respond to, the needs of her students and of her school community. Her enthusiasm for theater and teaching helps inspire the students to shine & improve each and every day!
