🎨✨ Exciting things are happening at Westview Middle School! Thanks to the incredible support from our community during last year's fundraisers, we were able to add FOUR beautiful new murals around the school! 🌟 These vibrant works of art bring our hallways to life, reflecting the creativity and spirit of our students. And the best part? This is just the beginning! 🎉
We’re excited to continue making Westview a welcoming, inspiring place for everyone with more culture and climate updates on the way. Stay tuned for more positive changes as we work together to make our school shine! 🖼️❤️

Students around the building today participated in activities to recognize September 11th. Mr. Busby's class discussed the event and released remembrance lanterns. Ms. Kinlaw's class participated in Patriot's Day activities. We are having a great first day here on the boulevard! Lunches are in full swing and our 6th graders got a special visit from a familiar face!

Come join us for our open house tonight from 4-6 PM. Our open house is a drop in style event. Families will enter through our multipurpose room (to the right of the front office) and have information on Transportation, Counseling Services, Child Nutrition Services and more. We will have the scholastic book fair set up in the library and food trucks in the front! We can't wait to see you!

For the upcoming school year, all BCSD schools will use Rooms as their direct communication tools for parents, teachers, athletic coaches, club advisors, etc. Because Rooms is located in the Berkeley County School District mobile app, this streamlines communication and minimizes the number of apps parents and guardians need for communication. If you haven't already, download the BCSD app today and turn on notifications so you never miss a message.
